Many things have pricked my interest lately, the way a sound makes my dogs ears perk up and her barking commence at alarming volumes.
One thing was the idea of a "market niche," an idea described by Mr. P in entrepreneurship today. I immediately started designing a spa/juice bar on a scrap piece of paper, and writing down how many employees I may need on another. This past weekend I've been making a lot of plans and budget spreadsheets and other crap that Daek frowns upon and calls "stress-makers." The whole point of them was to shock me into a state where I will not go buy coffee at $4.50 every other day and start buckling down and packing lunches. Food is my biggest weakness unfortunately... I absolutely love eating out and having that luxury of a coffee shop or fancy restaurant environment. Such a sacrifice for a career. I certainly hope it's rewarding. My entre class is famous for it's random wrestling matches between the guys on the far right row of computers, and Mr. P's lame jokes, creepy laugh, and sideways smile. Oh, Nick's winning the wrestle... HAHA but wait!
"OI! Geno Geno Geno Geno Geno!!!"
(Mr. P's first name is Gene) Everyone races back to their computers, rolling chairs flying across the floor and laughter filling the room, just as Mr. P enters the room. Now we're all laughing because he's totally clueless as to what happened. "Hey there's money on the floor here..."
Anyway...
I decided that a coffee shop will be my second career, should I ever get annoyed with massage therapy. My uncle will most likely be sick of his instrumentation job by then and will want to help me set it up :D
Bien bien para mi!
Fae, I want your number!
