The picture under "links" on Evana's blog is so ugly I want to scribble it out with sharpie on my screen. Not that anybody cares.

Maybe I'll just make the effort of spending 20 minutes looking for a new picture, cutting it to fit, and coding it into her template... just so I won't have to pay for a damaged school monitor. The monitor will have been killed in a second degree murder however, because if it so happens that sharpie poison is introduced, it will be in a moment of weakness when I snap.

I'm actually feeling guilty and tragic because I forgot to bring my freaking Spanish workbook to hand in yesterday, and now my mark is going to drop significantly because I can't find it and it's overdue.

Why do I like math class more than english...? Isn't that irony? Or is it a simple equation where the student likes to do things in a strategic, well-established way, but that just doesn't equal english class where we are told to be creative and free-write. Ironic still, that that used to be what I loved - free writing. The teachers here don't let you freely free-write, and maybe that's why I don't like it anymore. They decided that we shouldn't be completely free, lest we don't do it at all, or talk about censored topics that they really can't handle reading. I want freedom, but not limited freedom. It's like freedom is corrupted here. Free-write... THIS way. These children don't have enough imagination to come up with a topic on their own, they must be given a topic they know nothing about, and told to have imagination with that. Maybe I should be an english teacher like Woodworth and fix the world's problems.

Dad might be taking me out for coffee later today. We're going to start brainstorming ideas for his resaurant dream. He would make the perfect North American Chef Gusteau... ginormous, friendly, and open-minded. We talked for nearly two hours after he picked me up from work last night, about everything from my tiny amounts of hours at Shell, to massage therapy, to his Comm 12 course, to his best friend's accomplishments with Pharmacy computer equipment. Great fun really, and I got a McDonald's decaf out of it :3

Levi hasn't brought me the coffee he owes me yet >.> Traitor.

I have a few looming challenges that I'm rather intimidated by. Firstly, I'm supposed to do an information interview with somebody who owns a spa-related business, and secondly, there's a singing recital coming up in two weeks that I'm scared of. There's only going to be like 20 people there but still. I've never sang with a mic...

Swang... hahaha Rhea
