I bought a James' GMC Jimmy today, and now it's really killing me that I can't drive yet. I really don't understand how you two can NOT have the drive to drive. Assuming I pass my N test on first attempt, on Jan 28, 2010, I shall be introduced to freedom at a much higher level than I have ever known it. Of course, I will then be hired to drive my brothers and my cousin to school every other morning or something... but I will no longer have to rely on Daek and my mom for rides. As he calls it, the "cost of freedom," is very high, which brings me to my next predicament...

Yesterday and today I've been running around dropping off resumes at a gym, hotel, spa, and Shell station. Today, about an hour after giving the application to Shell, I got a call and now I have an interview to "look forward to" on Friday. I worked out that I have to work at least 20 hours per week to have enough to pay off my "bills" every month. On top of Grade 12? I'm going to be a busy girl this year. Any extra I make has to go towards saving for university, otherwise I'll have to take a year off to work in Edmonton before going to school.
