The Right Fork

I reached a fork in the road.
There were no signs to tell me where each path led.
I took one of them.
I won't know if it's the right one until I can see past this hill...
I'm hoping it leads me right but if it does not...
I may have to backtrack.
I hope I don't hurt anyone on my way back.
