July 3rd HS Day


This was an exciting hang out day with Fae and Zoki :D
We went around to the Toad's Hole Cafe where we got italian sodas, played with the ice cubes, drew random things, took crazy pictures and videos, and laughed at Chad climbing the stairs like a gorilla/elephant. Vid: [x]



Then we hopped down into the little used book store right next to the cafe and soon got absorbed, each in our own random book. Fae was flipping through "Book of the Church," full of old literature and laws of the church. She found an amusing quote about being proeminantly bad, which I shall pry from her and stick here when I get the chance. The cook book section captured my attention, and I became wrapped up in a book called "All About Sandwiches." It made sandwich-construction sound like a complicated new science, as I exclaimed aloud to Zoki who was pacing past with some fantasy/action book of sorts. We learned quite a lot, found funny titles, and enjoyed the air conditioning immensely.

Heading back into the sunshine, we walked to our favorite frisbee place: the big parking lot behind the pathetic excuse for a strip mall that we have here in town. We noticed a big white van with a creepy guy in front who had a crazy Einstein hairstyle goin on. As we passed, I mentioned casually to Zoki what I would do to any rapist that abducted us... namely, castration. Einstein gave me a weird look, making me realize that his window was open XD ahem, oops? We went all crazy playing the HS sport, frisbee pass, while baking nicely in the sun. Vids: [x] [x]

When our body temperatures became too high for healthy survival, we decided to move on. We headed to the dollar store with the intention of finding a new notebook for Zoki. It is funny how people are inclined to try on funny hats and things. We must have tried on every wearable item in the store as well as others, like a bucket and a squeegie for me. I'm sure all the employees there thought we were freaky drugged-up psycho gorbies by the time we left XD

We left the dollar store in high spirits... The last thing we did was hit the bakery for a sweet or two. [x] Fae, of course still had to be crazy and make a scene whever we went ;D haha just kidding... We saw Ben and Brittany, who made it slightly more interesting ^^. Outside, Fae went to hug me and I was suddenly overwhelmed with the most powerful urge to sneeze I have ever experienced in my entire life. It was rather hilarious, her arms outspread like <(^^)> while my head exploded between them o.o; all my possessions dropping all over the ground... and then looking up to see Fae's expression <(O___o;)>

So ended our Hammerspace day... and none of us can wait for the next!
