There's definitely very few things that are more disappointing than when one is completely confident that one has something, whether it be materialistic or not, but when one goes to use it, one discovers that one does not, didn't, or never did have it. Today Noki faced such a dreadful experience as to forget so many of her possessions and to realize that her skill in a certain area has faded all but entirely. Then, on the other hand, there are those times when one finds something unexpectedly and it brightens one's day! Noki once found a harmonica in her purse along with an amusing assortment of ribbon and bits of colored paper. Revelation of hitherto unknown talent also unfailingly lifts one's spirits. These drastically differentiating opposites in the course of life occur with everybody. They cause one to think deeply and, in Noki's case, to speak or write one's thoughts.
